Fine sources

Apart from our own plantations, we also source our products from community farming projects. These are maintained by our network of over 1300 community farmers and out growers located in many parts of the island.

At Lanka Organics we take care to ensure that these farmers and out growers comply with the standards of organic produce and share our ‘organic’ philosophy. Once chosen these farmers are trained in our organic techniques and are constantly evaluated to ensure that their produce meets our quality standards and is worthy of bearing the Lanka Organics’ stamp.

Fair Trading

Lanka Organics aims to follow fair trade practice with producers and processors. This means that our producers and processors get a fair deal for their products or services. This policy also extends to our buyers who can expect honesty and transparency in our dealings with them.

Contract grown and custom-made

With farms and plantations located at altitudes of 0-6000ft, Lanka Organics also undertakes contract growing of goods to your specific requirement. Once we have comprehended your needs we assess the conditions required and decide which altitude and location will be best suited for its growth.

We at Lanka Organics are also dedicated to giving you the product you need – in the form you want. We are flexible enough to package, price and label our products, so that they can be your products.

Our present range of custom-made goods includes boxed teas, desiccated coconut, canned fruit, coconut milk and cashew nuts.
